A house extension and retrofit project of an interwar semi-detached house for an expanding family in South London. The clients want to expand the footprint of the house to its maximum capacity, challenging several policy guidelines. The team carefully considers and respects the proportions and footprint of the existing structure, maintaining a clear distinction between the original building and the new addition while designing a comfortable, open and bright space for the growing family.

A large student accommodation retrofit project in a listed building. Every room in this complex has a different floor plan. The aim is to design a compact, efficient and functional set of wall furniture that could be fitted into each room.
