Luxury Residents Home
South Korea
Model at 1:150
A visionary concept for sustainable luxury residences in South Korea, blending contemporary design with wellness-focused living. The Luxury Residence House is designed for a client with an aspirational lifestyle, informed by global wellness trends and in-depth research. Responding to key shifts in the Korean domestic travel market, the homes integrate nature, social connection, and bespoke services, aligning with the “hotel vacation” trend.
The typology centres around social spaces, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living. Inspired by traditional Hanok architecture, the home utilises modern methods of construction with CLT and design for manufacture and assembly. Wellness is embedded throughout, with atmospheric spaces, advanced air and lighting systems, and integrated technology enhancing resident wellbeing. These residences set a new benchmark for luxury, sustainability, and holistic living.
